Willmar Community Education & Recreation is community-based and consumer-driven. Involvement of community members in the process is essential. The Advisory Council is responsible for seeing that Willmar Community Education & Recreation programs serve the interests and concerns of the community. The Advisory Council consists of members who live, work or attend school in the Willmar area community. Council members represent several different age groups, neighborhoods, organizations and agencies in the community.
