Registration Policies

Cancellations. If there is insufficient enrollment, the activity will be cancelled and you will be notified by phone. Please include a daytime phone number with your registration. We are not responsible for reaching registrants who do not provide a daytime phone number.

Confirmations. Assume you are registered if you have not heard from us. You will only be notified if an activity is filled, cancelled, or rescheduled.

Refunds. Complete refunds will be given if the activity is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or activity is filled. Refunds will be issued at the Department's discretion for cancellations made less than a week before start date, due to special circumstances.

Scholarships. Scholarships are available, based on need to anyone residing in Willmar Public School District. Click here to print the scholarship form.

Returned Checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds, stop payment or account closed will be subject to a $30 service charge. Payee will be notified upon NSF notice.
