Why is Early Education Important? Early Childhood Family Programs (ECFP) educates children from birth through pre-kindergarten age by giving them the tools needed to transition into a successful K-12 educational experience. These programs also support parents by giving them the resources needed to make the most of the critical first years of their child's development, and strengthen community by shaping leaders for tomorrow.
